1) Deciding to get married, and who to marry, is kind of a big deal. And it’s personal. So admitting that things aren’t always full of roses and sunshine can sometimes feel like failure and make us question (or fear others starting questioning) our own judgment.
2) If we say it out loud, it feels real. If it’s real, we can’t deny it anymore. Â
